1. Eligibility: The Jet & Drive Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 25 years of age or older as of date of entry. Officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of The Hertz Corporation (“Sponsor”), JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”), Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Marriott International, Inc., Project Support Team, Inc. and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child, or sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of such officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

2. Promotion Period:From 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/20/09 to 11:59:59 pm ET on 1/31/10 (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes will be divided into one-hundred and four (104) daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 am ET and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET.

3. Two Ways To Enter During the Promotion Period: 1) Online: Visit www.JetandDriveGiveaway.com or www.JetandDriveChallenge.com during the Promotion Period and submit your email address in the space provided, which upon submission, will direct you to the Official Entry Form. To complete the registration process and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, complete and submit the Official Entry Form inclusive of a personal Password. The Password will gain you access to enter the Sweepstakes on subsequent days throughout the Promotion Period. Registration is free. 2) Widget: A Jet & Drive Giveaway Widget (hereafter, “Widget”) will be placed on the “Enter Now”, “Prizes” and “Share” and pages accessible from the navigation bar on the above website and other various locations and social networking website pages. To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes via the Widget, click on the Widget, submit your email address and, as outlined above, complete the registration process by completing and submitting the Official Entry Form. Flash 9 or later Plug-in must be installed on computer to participate and enter online or via the Widget and can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com. Once you are registered, you may enter the Sweepstakes on subsequent days throughout the Promotion Period by visiting the above website or by clicking on the Widget and following the prompts to submit your email address and Password. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 pm ET to be eligible for that Daily Drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Daily Entry Period. Additional entries received from the same person and/or e-mail address during the same Daily Entry Period will be void. Entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry), except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules, to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry through such means and any entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable Official Entry Form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said entry was submitted) provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, damaged, garbled or inaccurate entries or registrations, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, errors or problems related to the Widget, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing and/or counting of entries, or the announcement of the prizes; or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to make corrections to any typographical or other errors appearing in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules.

Entrants’ personally identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the Hertz Corporation Privacy Policy, as posted on http://www.hertz.com.

5. Winner Selection: Grand Prize Drawing: For every fifty-thousand (50,000) entries received during the Promotion Period (as determined at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected for a maximum of five (5) potential Grand Prize winners selected (example: if two-hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) or more entries are received throughout the entire Promotion Period, then the maximum of five (5) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected). The potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 2/5/10 from among all eligible entries received. In the event fewer than two-hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) entries are received, all five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing as outlined above. Daily Prize Drawings: If up to 2,500 entries are received for a drawing then the Daily Prize winner for such drawing will receive the Tier 1 Daily Prize outlined in section 6 below. If between 2,501 and 5,000 entries are received for a drawing, then the Daily Prize winner for such Daily Entry Period will receive the Tier 2 Daily Prize outlined in section 6 below. If 5,001 or more entries are received in a Daily Entry Period, then the Daily Prize winner for such drawing will receive the Tier 3 Daily Prize outlined in section 6 below. There will be a total of one-hundred and four (104) individual random Daily Prize Drawings, one (1) for each Daily Entry Period. Daily Prize Drawings will be conducted on a weekly basis throughout the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received for each applicable Daily Prize Drawing. Entries received for one (1) Daily Prize Drawing will not carry forward to any subsequent Daily Prize Drawing. The first set of drawings will be held on or about 10/23/09 and the last set of drawings on or about 2/5/10. Should a scheduled drawing fall on a federally recognized holiday, such drawing will be held on the next business day. All drawings (Grand and Daily Prize Drawings) will be conducted by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization. Odds of winning and actual prize awarded will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or overnight or regular mail. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Potential winners may be required to execute and return either an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification or an Address Verification Form within three (3) days of date of issuance of notification. Noncompliance with the above, with these Official Rules, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and, if time permitting and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner being selected. All prizes will be awarded.

6. Prizes: Up to five (5) Grand Prizes: Each verified Grand Prize winner will have the choice of one (1) of the following five (5) Grand Prizes: 1) Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Sheraton Manhattan at Times Square in New York City, NY for four (4) days/three (3) nights; 2) Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV for four (4) days/three (3) nights; 3) Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA with hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Universal Hotel for four (4) days/three (3) nights; 4) Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando, FL for four (4) days/three (3) nights; OR 5) Trip for winner and one (1) guest to The Westin Resort in Aruba for four (4) days/three (3) nights. Approximate Retail Value for each trip = From $1,850 to a maximum of $2,000. Trip Details: Trips consist of standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for winner and one (1) guest at the select hotel properties outlined above; round trip air transportation for winner and one (1) guest aboard JetBlue from a U.S. gateway airport in which JetBlue has arriving and departing flights; and a premium Hertz rental car for four (4) days. Hotel accommodations will be awarded in the form of a voucher redeemable at the select hotel property. Round trip air transportation will be awarded in the form of two (2) JetBlue Travel Certificates. Each Travel Certificate is redeemable for one (1) round trip flight as outlined above. Rental car will be awarded in the form of a Hertz Rental Certificate. Actual value of selected trip may vary based upon location of winner’s residence and exact destination city/location. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner resides within a 150-mile radius of trip destination, as determined by Sponsor, air transportation portion of the Grand Prize may substituted with ground transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. All portions of Grand Prize must be used during the same trip. Grand Prize trip must be completed by 2/5/11 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Travel and accommodation restrictions, blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winners and guests must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, passports and/or visas prior to travel. Car rental portion of prize may be subject to restrictions, terms and conditions imposed by Hertz. No compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value, if winner is not eligible and/or does not meet the requirements designated by car rental company. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations.

(104) Daily Prizes; one (1) per Daily Entry Period: Each verified Daily Prize winner will receive one (1) of the three (3) Daily Prizes listed below. The exact prize awarded to each Daily Prize winner is dependent on the number of entries received for that Daily Entry Period as outlined in section 5 above.

Daily Prizes:
Tier 1 Daily Prize: Hertz Rental Certificates valued at a total of $100.
Tier 2 Daily Prize: Hertz Rental Certificates valued at a total of $250.
Tier 3 Daily Prize: A $500 JetBlue Gift Card.

General Prize Conditions: Certain terms and conditions and restrictions (outlined below) apply for hotel vouchers, Travel Certificates, Hertz Rental Certificates and JetBlue Gift Cards. Maximum total retail value of all prizes: $62,000. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person, per household and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person, per household and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any ground transportation (other than as outlined above), food and beverages (as applicable), souvenirs, gratuities, activities, excursions, insurance and miscellaneous travel expenses, including, but not limited to, airline luggage charges, are each winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details (including, but not limited to, destinations, resorts, accommodations and/or itineraries) are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Terms, conditions and restrictions: Hotel Voucher Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to: Expenses incurred for food and beverage, gift shop purchases, gratuities, and other miscellaneous charges are not included. Reservations must be made by calling the phone number indicated on the voucher. Expiration date listed on voucher cannot be extended. Voucher must be presented at the time of check-in. Voucher carries no cash value, is based upon availability and cannot be honored on projected sold out or blackout dates. JetBlue Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to: All travel must be booked and flown within the valid dates specified on Travel Certificates. Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights. Certain blackout dates may apply and travel may be capacity controlled. Travel Certificate at no time may be purchased, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value without prior consent from JetBlue. Travel Certificate cannot be sold or traded on auction websites. Winners are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue's Contract of Carriage except denied boarding compensation. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points. Fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges are the responsibility of each winner. Travel Certificate may be redeemed only for travel on JetBlue-operated flights. Not available for use on any partner airlines or in connection with JetBlue Getaways Vacation Packages. The Contract of Carriage is available at http://jetblue.com/about/legal/legal.asp. Hertz Rental Certificate Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to: Winners must meet Hertz standard age, driver and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental. The eligibility of use of Rental Certificate will expire on the date shown on the Rental Certificate. Rental Certificate is valid at participating locations worldwide toward a rental made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Hertz rental agreement, up to the amount stated on the Rental Certificate. If no redemption limit appears on the Rental Certificate, up to three Rental Certificates identified by the same and IT Code can be used on the same rental. Rental Certificate cannot be used with pre-paid rates, tour rates or insurance replacement rates and may not be combined with any other voucher, certificate, coupon or promotion. Rental Certificate may not be redeemed in whole or part for cash. No change or refunds will be given upon return. No credit will be issued for unused portions of rental. Rental Certificate is not a guarantee of performance or a confirmation of reservation. Winners may receive credit for Frequent Travel or Loyalty Program miles/points when using Rental Certificate. Rental Certificate must be surrendered at the time of rental. FOR INTERNATIONAL RENTALS: Advance reservations are required at least 8 hours prior to departure from the U.S. The U.S. Dollar value will be valued in local currency when you surrender the Rental Certificate at the time and place of rental. Rental Certificate redeemed at participating international locations can only be used on non-prepaid Affordable weekly rates of at least one week but not longer than three weeks. No more than three Rental Certificates can be used per rental. Winners must present a valid driver's license held at least one year prior to rental. At the time of rental pick up mention the applicable U.S. IT code listed on the Rental Certificate. JetBlue Gift Card Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to: Cards have no value until activated by JetBlue or cashier at time of purchase. Gift Cards will not be accepted if the card is invalid, has not been activated, or cannot be found within the JetBlue system. Up to four Gift Cards may be used per transaction. Gift Cards may not be used toward the purchase of a JetBlue Getaways Vacation Package, JetBlue merchandise at ShopBlue, hotel rooms or rental cars through Worldwide Travel Exchange, or for other products or services that are sold separately, such as changes to flights, Gift Cards, the purchase of in-flight movies, headsets, or beverages. However, excess baggage fees, pet handling fees, unaccompanied minor fees, or other similar fees may be purchased with a Gift Card when redeemed online at jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). Gift Cards are transferable until deactivated. However, Gift Cards may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for money or other consideration. Any JetBlue flight purchased with a Gift Card is subject to JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage and, if applicable, tariffs on file with the Department of Transportation. Gift Cards are not refundable and have no expiration date. Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards, carry no implied warranties and are not redeemable for cash or credit. JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If lost or stolen, Gift Cards may be replaced with the remaining balance upon showing proof of original purchase. To check the balance on your Gift Card, please call (800) 540-4062. Gift Cards cannot be shipped internationally, or to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Gift Cards redeemed for travel are not refundable and, subject to JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage, may be held as a credit for up to one year. 7. General: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor which reserves the right, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person and void entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions impair or jeopardize the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules. In the event the number of winning notifications issued exceeds the number of prizes listed in these Official Rules due to computer, mechanical, human or other errors, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among the eligible, non-suspect and valid prize claimants to award the listed number of prizes. Only the published number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. By participating, entrants agree that 1) Sponsor, JetBlue and their designees may use, if entrant is a winner, entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification (unless prohibited by law), and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize won and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries or to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in any such event, to randomly select winner(s) for the drawings at issue from among all eligible non-suspect entries received for applicable drawing(s) from among all eligible non-suspect entries received for drawing at issue prior to event requiring such action. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
