JetBlue Hertz

To receive a $25 Hertz savings certificate awarded in the form of a voucher (hereafter, “Voucher”), which may be used towards a future Hertz car rental made within one-hundred and fifty (150) days from the date in which you submit your claim to receive the Voucher, do all of the following:

A) Visit www.jetblue.com (the “Site”) between 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/20/09 and 11:59:59 pm ET on 1/31/10 and follow the instructions provided to make reservations to travel starting anytime following 12:00:00 am ET on 10/20/09 and returning by 11:59:59 pm ET on 2/14/10 (“Travel Period”) on any flight aboard JetBlue and reserve any Hertz rental car for the same trip within the same transaction on the Site;

B) Take the reserved trip any time during the Travel Period. Upon returning the Hertz car rental (by 11:59:59 pm ET on 2/14/10) at a Hertz location, obtain the Hertz receipt from the representative. You must save your receipt.

If you lose or misplace your receipt you may obtain a copy by visiting www.hertz.com and clicking on the “Customer Support” tab followed by the “Request a Receipt” link. Then follow the prompts provided to obtain a copy of your receipt;

C) To obtain your Voucher (which you may use toward your next Hertz car rental made within one-hundred and fifty (150) days from date of claim submission) allow a maximum of ten (10) days following the return of your car rental and then, do the following:

STEP 1; submit your claim:
a) using the receipt you received from a Hertz representative: visit www.JetandDriveSavings.com by 11:59:59 pm ET on 2/28/10 and follow the instructions provided to submit the “RR” number located at the top of your Hertz receipt. The RR number is a nine (9)-digit number followed by the letters “RR”;

OR

b) using the copy of your receipt from hertz.com in lieu of the original receipt: visit www.JetandDriveSavings.com by 11:59:59 pm ET on 2/28/10 and follow the instructions provided to submit the nine (9)-digit Rental Agreement No. located in the upper right hand corner of receipt copy.

STEP 2; obtain your Voucher:
a) To print your Voucher: Upon submission of your RR number (or Rental Agreement No.), click on the “print” button and your Voucher will immediately print to your printer;

b) If you wish to have your Voucher emailed to your email address: Upon submission of your RR number (or Rental Agreement No.), click on the “email” button, enter your email address in the provided space and click submit. Upon submission, an email containing your Voucher will be sent to the email address you provided. Be sure that your email software will accept email from JetandDriveSavings@teamdigital.com. If you do not receive the email containing your Voucher within ten (10) minutes from clicking “submit”, check your spam folder;

D) To redeem the Voucher: (a) reserve a Hertz rental car at any Hertz location with a pick-up date no later than the expiration date provided on the Voucher (the expiration date will be one-hundred and fifty (150) days from the date in which you submitted the claim to receive the Voucher); then (b) take possession of the rental and submit the Voucher to the Hertz representative. The rental must be picked-up at a Hertz location by the expiration date provided on the Voucher for this offer to be valid.

Offer open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 25 years or older as of 10/20/09. Void where prohibited. Officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of The Hertz Corporation (“Sponsor”), JetBlue Airways Corporation, Project Support Team, Inc. and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled or inaccurate bookings, redemption requests, Vouchers or claims, or for telephonic, human or printer or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this offer, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of bookings, redemption requests, Vouchers or claims, or any other errors appearing in these Terms & Conditions or other offer-related materials. No substitutions or transfers will be allowed. Sponsor has no obligation to notify a participant for incomplete or non-conforming redemption requests. Vouchers must be submitted at the time of pick-up of rental car which must be no later than the expiration date provided on the Voucher for offer to be valid. Voucher Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to: Participant must meet Sponsor's standard age, driver and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental. The Voucher will expire at 11:59:59 pm ET on the expiration date provided on the Voucher. Voucher is valid at participating Hertz locations worldwide toward a rental made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Hertz rental agreement up to the amount stated on the Voucher. Voucher cannot be used with pre-paid rates, tour rates or insurance replacement rates and may not be combined with any other voucher, certificate, coupon or promotion. Offer valid only to individual consumers; requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Incomplete, damaged, fraudulent, altered, or forged Vouchers and Vouchers that contain printing errors or are not obtained through authorized channels will be void. Vouchers may not be redeemed in whole or part for cash. No change or refunds will be given upon return. Voucher must be submitted at the time of rental pick-up. The Voucher is not a guarantee of performance or a confirmation of a reservation. FOR INTERNATIONAL RENTALS: Advance reservations are required at least 8 hours prior to departure from the U.S. The U.S. Dollar value will be valued in local currency when you surrender the Voucher at the time and place of rental. Voucher redeemed at participating international locations can only be used on non-prepaid Affordable weekly rates of at least one week but not longer than three weeks. No more than three Vouchers can be used per rental. Participant must present a valid driver's license held at least one year prior to rental. At the time of rental pick up mention the applicable U.S. or International IT code listed on the Voucher. Fraudulent RR numbers or Rental Agreement No.’s and RR numbers and Rental Agreement No.’s that contain printing errors or are not obtained through authorized channels will be void. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these offer terms and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the offer, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the offer.
